  • Installation Instructions: The user manual provides simple steps on setting up the water pressure tank, including a 1/4" quick-connect design. Cut the water outlet tubing off the tankless RO water filter systems, then insert both ends into the tank. Contact customer service if your water pipe is 3/8".
  • Leakage Prevention: After installation, ensure the PE pipe is cut smoothly. If not, cut the tubing squarely and cleanly. Verify that the tubing is fully inserted.
  • Check for Washer: Verify if there is a washer connecting the ball valve. Contact us for a new ball valve if there isn't one.
  • Water Doesn't Come Out: Look for any breaks in the internal membrane. Unscrew the stem and locate the charging valve. Press the charging valve - if water flows out, the internal membrane is broken. Replace the storage tank. If no water flows out, contact customer service.
  • NOTE: If you connect the RO system to the refrigerator through the mini tank, replace the filter in your refrigerator with bypass.
